| Nelson Wang In A New Avatar |
 |
Trust Rashmi Uday Singh of Good Food Academy
to be able to willy-nilly coax and convince Nelson Wang
of 'China Garden' into turning tutor. And the famed restauranteer
took it personally upon himself, to share the secrets
of seven of his specialties to fifty plus eager to learn
ladies from distant suburbs and even three eager men.
Nelson ever the true professional, handled all types of
questions hurled at him, with patience and panache. After
a rigorous two hour teaching session, the participants
enjoyed a well-deserved scrumptious buffet, featuring
those very dishes they had earlier seen being demonstrated.
Hats off the Rashmi for the meticulous manner in which
she has painstakingly prepared the Good Food Kits and
each and every food session, with classes conducted on
a daily basis. Her supportive sponsors Knorr also deserve
a special mention, for their generous takeaway gift bags
of assorted food packs, each item aptly pertaining to
the session held that day. The Good Food Academy has settled
down to long innings with plenty of new and exciting classes
ahead. |
