It was a 'souper dipper' evening for all
foodies at Crossroads on Wednesday. RASHMI UDAY SINGH's
Good Food Academy arranged for a session with chef SANJEEV
KAPOOR at the Atrium at the mall. There was a mammoth
tasting session for everyone, who got to savour from a
range of 14 different soups by Knorr, accompanied by loaves
of freshly baked bread, topped with some heavenly chocolates
by Morde. Kapoor dished out a sneak preview from his still-to-be-released
book on low some mm-marvelous Stuffed Chillies, a Middle
Eastern stew and a Mediterranean Tomato Soup, which left
the audience asking for more. There's still more good
news for gourmets in the city - The Good Food Academy
will become a permanent institute from June 10, and will
continue teaching the finner aspects of cooking to the
growing number of foodies in the city. Heavenly! |
