Several episodes in her food shows, including interviewing Alain Passard, the most famous triple Michelin starred chef renowned for vegetarian cooking. In Gordon Ramsay’s Great Escapes (channel 4) Singh persuaded Gordon not only to eat vegetarian but also to learn vegetarian cooking.
